So try to explain: A villager needs his own workst.

Villagers are not sleeping - help. This was working fine in 1.19, we recently upgraded to 1.20, and this started happening : villagers making green particles, trying to sleep, all the beds saying they are occupied but there is no villager in them. I had to break all beds and replace them.
